Enterprise Sales Representative

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Representative to join our sales team at Brilliant Minds Events. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities through research and networking.
- You will build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including hotels, restaurants, and event management companies.
- Your primary objective will be to understand the staffing needs of our clients and present solutions that align with those requirements.
- You will negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business, while achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- To stay ahead in the industry, you will need to keep up-to-date on the latest trends and competitor activity to inform your sales approaches.
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention is essential, requiring you to provide excellent service to our clients.
- Collaboration with internal teams, such as recruiting and operations, will be crucial to ensure seamless service delivery.
- You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced candidate who has:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (not retail or call centre sales)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- An added advantage would be fluency in Arabic
- A valid KSA driving license
- The ability to start immediately
