Key Responsibilities

  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and inquiries with discretion.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of company events and board meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and timely completion.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
