  • Handles correspondence on behalf of the CEO, responding to emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Prepares reports and presentations as required by the CEO.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Arranges meetings and events, including setting up conference rooms, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Maintains confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Performs other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality.
