About UsThe Arab National Bank is seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Analyst to join our team. This role plays a vital part in the success of our organization by providing technical expertise in system analysis, design, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and translate them into applications that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
- Implement, configure, maintain, and administer enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and human resource management systems (HRMS) for live and testing environments.
- Perform programming tasks, including writing code to support the design of proposed applications and interfaces to upload data between point-of-sale (POS) systems, shared databases, and ERP systems.
- Maintain ongoing integrations and troubleshoot issues as requested by senior management.
- Manage user access permissions and privileges within ERP and HRMS systems.
- Set up, administer, and maintain databases using SQL tools, including tasks such as backup and restoration, import/export processes, and the creation of queries, views, and stored procedures.
- Design, customize, and modify reports for business intelligence purposes.
- Review the scheduled delivery of business reports to management and staff.
- Act as a liaison between providers, suppliers, and the company.
- Oversee and manage maintenance agreements.
- Troubleshoot application errors in ERP and HRMS systems and provide user support.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. They will also have experience working with ERP and HRMS systems, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
They must also be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
