About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Trust Information Technology. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient lead registration and follow-up processes. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve business growth and client engagement goals.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Sales Team:
    • Prepare and maintain quotes, proposals, and related documentation.
    • Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
    • Update client records in the CRM system.
  • Lead Registration and Follow-up:
    • Manage lead registration processes through ManageEngine's portal.
    • Track and follow up on registered leads to ensure proper documentation and alignment with vendor requirements.
    • Liaise with the sales team to confirm lead statuses and updates.
  • Reporting and Coordination:
    • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
    • Assist in generating sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs for the Sales Manager.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Organize and manage sales documents, presentations, and contracts.
    • Schedule meetings and calls with clients and stakeholders.
    • Respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Customer Service:
    • Serve as a point of contact for customers.
    • Support post-sales processes.
