**Job Overview**
Masterworks is seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to oversee client relationships and drive revenue growth in the IT services industry.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing long-term partnerships with clients.
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and deliver tailored solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations
- Sales Growth:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives by upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop account plans to forecast and achieve revenue goals
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform product and service development
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, sales, or IT solutions sales
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
