**Job Overview**

Masterworks is seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to oversee client relationships and drive revenue growth in the IT services industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing long-term partnerships with clients.

  • Account Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and deliver tailored solutions
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations
  • Sales Growth:
    • Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives by upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop account plans to forecast and achieve revenue goals
    • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
    • Provide market insights and feedback to inform product and service development

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, sales, or IT solutions sales
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
