Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Nurture existing client relationships, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive SME and micro business financing growth, focusing on pipeline management and successful deal closures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful financing agreements, delivering value to clients and driving business growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and design tailored financing solutions for SMEs and micro businesses, staying ahead of the competition and market trends.
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, complemented by significant experience in SME or micro business sales within banks, financial institutions, or financing companies.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing client relationships and successfully closing financing deals, demonstrating expertise and a proven track record.
- An extensive network and strong relationships within SME and business sectors, facilitating access to new opportunities and markets.
- The ability to craft and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth, leveraging industry connections and expertise.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, enabling effective communication and collaboration with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Preferred:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance, providing advanced knowledge and skills in areas such as strategic management, finance, and leadership.
- Experience in digital lending, fintech partnerships, or alternative finance solutions, offering valuable insights and expertise in emerging areas.
- A strong understanding of Saudi financial regulations and SME financing frameworks, ensuring compliance and effectiveness in navigating complex regulatory environments.
- A proven ability to take a leadership role in shaping the sales strategy of a newly established financing company, driving growth and success through innovative approaches and ideas.
