Key Relationship Executive

The Customer Experience Director at Thales is responsible for leading the development and implementation of account strategies that meet customer expectations and drive business growth.
This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, competitor performance, and market trends, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
As a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, you will be expected to possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes.
Your expertise in the Aerospace, Space, or Security industry, combined with your knowledge of the KSA business landscape, will enable you to develop effective strategies and drive customer satisfaction.
Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic and French being desirable. In addition, you will require strong organisational, leadership, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
