About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other strategic accounts.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
  4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close complex sales deals while ensuring profitability.
  5. Subject Matter Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise to clients on the latest travel industry trends and solutions.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and account management teams.
  7. Performance Metrics and Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales pipelines and report on key performance metrics.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of proven sales experience in the travel/tourism industry, preferably in a B2B environment.
  3. Track Record: Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts.
  4. Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  5. Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Arabic (both verbal and written).
  7. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and the GCC region as needed.
