About the Job

We are looking for an exceptional Global Business Development Lead to join our fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for bringing in new business development and expanding our presence globally.

Key Responsibilities

  1. KPIs and Targets: Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  2. Outreach and Selling: Effectively outreach to prospective partners through phone calls, emails, and social media touches to promote and sell products and services.
  3. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure, ensuring a seamless experience for partners.
  4. Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with partner goals and provide feedback on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Industry Knowledge: SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms experience is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Organisation and Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively to achieve sales targets.
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English.
