About the Role

The Service Operations Manager at Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading a team of waitstaff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the waitstaff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Greet and assist guests with professionalism, aiming for high guest satisfaction.
  • Accurately receive and relay food and beverage orders, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Maintain tables by ensuring they are clean, well-presented, and set to the highest standards at all times.
  • Train and mentor new waitstaff members to uphold excellent service standards.
  • Handle guest complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Foster collaboration between the kitchen, bar teams, and other departments to deliver timely service.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations rigorously.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a similar role holder, preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants is required.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is also vital.

Candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
