Middle East Commercial Leader for Ophthalmic Solutions

About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and implementation of short, medium, and long-term plans for our product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, commercial, and marketing for medical devices, with a focus on surgical ophthalmology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate strategic product plans, business plans, marketing plans, and budget plan implementation.
- Ensure achievement of product targets through partnership with National Managers and Distributors, profitability, growth, and plans implementation in the regions.
- Analyze customer needs and market segment dynamics to develop and coordinate strategic product plans, business plans, marketing plans, and budget plan implementation.
- Coordinate promotion plans for vitro retinal and phaco equipment through NM/PMs/Distributors.
- Support monthly sales forecasts based on NM/PMs feedback and market knowledge.
Requirements:
- Health sciences bachelor's degree, preferably with a marketing or business master's degree as a plus.
- 8 years in sales, commercial, marketing for medical devices with at least 2 – 3 years in marketing experience, preferably in surgical ophthalmology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; high level of English fluency with Arabic language as a plus.
- Knowledge of Middle East and Distributor Market setup is considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively (30%-40% in Middle East Regions).
