We're looking for a seasoned Customer Success Business Partner to join our team at SupportFinity™. As a strategic advisor, you will work closely with customers to understand their business priorities and develop tailored solutions to drive maximum value from our support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to identify business opportunities and develop customized success plans that align with their goals.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform service delivery strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, sales teams, and technical experts.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams through upselling and cross-selling of SupportFinity's services and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving revenue growth, customer retention, and expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education, with ITIL Foundation certification a plus.
