What you'll do:
As a Solution Customer Success Manager (S-CSM), you will act as a trusted advisor, maximizing customer lifetime value by delivering solution area expertise to customer executives and their line of business while accelerating near term value delivery via the rapid adoption and consumption of solutions.

  1. Build deep executive relationships and earn trusted advisor status with customers
  2. Identify new opportunities for customers to leverage new or expanded SAP solutions
  3. Mitigate churn and manage renewals of SAP solutions/services
  4. Identify sales leads and support sales in expansion and upsell efforts
  5. Manage through crisis and de-escalate customer situations
  6. Drive renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions

What you bring:

  1. Strong executive presence and relationship building skills
  2. Deep knowledge of business models, strategies, and line of business processes
  3. Proven ability to handle difficult customer situations and discuss complex issues with customer executives
  4. Experience with cloud software solutions and delivery models
  5. Expert level buying center/Lines of Business domain expertise
  6. Ability to apply risk-mitigation strategies to customer situations
  7. Knowledge of SAP solutions portfolio and the business processes they enable
  8. Some technical understanding for assigned solution area to address technical issues with customers
  9. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  10. Experience in business software
  11. Knowledge of SAAS and IAAS processes
  12. Strong program/project management and governance skills
  13. Expert commercial/deal support skills
  14. Relationship-driven mindset with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  15. Experience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions.
