Job Overview:

Restore Talent is seeking an experienced Retention and Engagement Expert to develop and execute effective customer relationship management strategies in KSA. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis and CRM tools to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute CRM strategies that foster customer loyalty and drive business growth.
  2. Manage customer data, segmentation, and analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  3. Design and implement personalized communication campaigns across multiple channels.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
  5. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
  6. Ensure seamless integration and utilization of CRM tools and technologies.
  7. Leverage A/B testing and customer journey mapping to enhance user experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging CRM trends.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in CRM, loyalty programs, or customer engagement strategies.
  3. Strong analytical skills and expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  4. Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  6. Data-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  7. Experience in the KSA market is highly valued.
  8. Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
