We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Support Specialist to join our team at Parsons Oman.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of document control systems and associated administrative functions, processes, and approvals for a large infrastructure program.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of project documents and information.

About You

  • You will have a high school diploma and at least 4 years of experience in a supervisory position.
  • You will have detailed knowledge of and two years of experience with a database management system.
  • You will have advantageous experience with Aconex and Unifier systems.
  • You will possess effective oral and written communication skills.
  • You will have demonstrated success on the job as evidenced by satisfactory performance, acceptance of responsibility, and growth in previous roles.

Responsibilities

  • You will recommend data automation hardware and software systems and improvements necessary for efficient documentation and control of documents dispatched from and sent to the project.
  • You will develop written document control procedures that ensure system efficiency.
  • You will supervise subordinates in their dispatch, receipt, recording, distribution, and filing of documents using data automation hardware and software at all project locations.
  • You will ensure that subordinates and project personnel are trained in the document retrieval process.
