Role Overview:
The Telesales Agent role at Bayut involves working as part of a high-performing and fast-paced sales team, driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building with customers. If you have a proven track record of success in telesales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
• Drive sales by calling existing and potential customers to pitch our property packages and services;
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities;
• Analyze customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies;
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity;
• Work closely with the field sales team to direct prospects and meet sales targets;
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and ensure timely payment collection.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related fields preferred;
• (1-2) years of Telesales experience;
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone;
• Excellent command of English & Arabic (verbal & written);
• Good knowledge of the Real Estate industry;
• Basic knowledge and working experience of call centre systems & solutions;
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
