Business Growth and Partnerships Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Business Growth and Partnerships Lead at Foreground. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to drive business growth and expansion in Riyadh.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in Riyadh. They will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborate with internal teams, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
In addition, they will lead negotiations and close high-value deals, represent the company at industry events, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in Riyadh.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the education, training, or services sector in Riyadh.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of Riyadh's business landscape and client dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, business analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
