Job Description:The Tender Management Assistant will provide critical support to our tender team by managing tender-related documents, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage tender-related documents, including compiling and organizing bid proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information, including data management and correspondence
- Support the tender team with administrative tasks, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a tender/bid environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
