The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful contract negotiation and cost savings, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure procurement plans meet quality and budgetary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective procurement strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure procurement plans meet quality and budgetary standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Work closely with project managers and FM Team and construction teams to understand project timelines and material requirements.
  • Coordinate procurement activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may arise during the procurement process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement Awarding and Managing Fitout or Contractors, with a proven track record of successful contract negotiation and cost savings.
  • Experience in FM and track of AMC
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a must.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and market dynamics in KSA in the Fitout world
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel/Google Sheet

Location based: Work From Office (Riyadh Head Office) and Travel to Jeddah, Mekkah, Medinah, Dammam, and other cities will be required.
