Business Operations Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Process Coordinator to join our team at Carrier Corp. In this role, you will play a critical part in establishing a smooth flow of business processes within our Climate Controls & Security Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management: Handle SAP & CRM transactions for order management, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Financial Coordination: Collaborate with Finance/Accounts to plan and execute projects, including budgeting, procurement, and delivery processes.
- Project Execution Support: Provide administrative support to the project execution team, facilitating procurement, delivery, and payment processes.
- Invoice Preparation: Prepare invoices for ongoing projects and facilitate their submission to customers.
- Payment Collection: Support the team in collecting payments, managing purchase requisitions, and handling vendor/subcontractor payments.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain project and contract documents, ensuring compliance with Carrier Corp's policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare internal reports on labor utilization, revenue backlogs, unbilled amounts, warranty, and account receivable on a monthly basis.
- Operational Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including timesheet entry, leave management, travel approvals, and vehicle leasing.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Work Experience: 4-5 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP systems, CRM, and MS Office.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
