Job Description

The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Central Region. This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing dealers and retailers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong technical and commercial aptitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
