Key Responsibilities

As the Assistant Manager - Documentation, you will be responsible for:

  • Documentation Management:
    • Assess, define, and implement control systems to ensure efficient document control management, compliance, and security.
    • Maintain and organize all SLPU documents, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval.
    • Ensure compliance with SLPU policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement documentation control procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
    • Maintain centralized forms and legal templates repository and track renewal deadlines.
  • Compliance & Quality Control:
    • Monitor and review documents to ensure they meet internal and external compliance standards.
    • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
    • Work closely with relevant departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordination & Communication:
    • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage document flow.
    • Provide guidance to employees on documentation procedures and best practices.
    • Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and summaries.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for improving documentation processes and implement best practices.
    • Utilize digital tools and document management systems for efficiency.
  • Reporting & Record Keeping:
    • Prepare regular reports on documentation activities and compliance status.
    • Maintain a secure and systematic filing system for both physical and digital records.
    • Track document revisions and ensure version control.
