- Ensuring documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
- Storage, retrieval, and distribution of electronic and hard copy documents
- Production of document progress reports
- Regular document reviews and audits
- Organization and distribution of documents using computers
- Issuance of formal transmittals
- Participation in project planning stages
- Sharing of documents at critical points to ensure timely project completion
- Update and review of technical documents
- Maintenance of confidential information
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with extensive industry experience and demonstrated capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Document Management software, is also essential.
A minimum of three years' experience in a related field is required.
