We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Olayan Saudi Holding Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts, as well as overseeing the accounts payable function within the accounting department.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

  1. Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
  2. Verify VAT Regulation on supplier Invoices, PO/Contract reference, Payment terms, Approvals for payment proposals.
  3. Perform weekly review for GRIR/GDNI in coordination with SCM and Sales Order Processing team.
  4. Assist in Annual Audit, Prepare Zakat Schedules, VAT requirement, WHT & Customs reports.
  5. Coordinate with Insurance Company to renew all insurance policies timely.
  6. Perform other accounting duties and support as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting & Finance with SOCPA registered/Certified is a must.
  • Total 7 years' experience in Accountant Role including 4 years' experience in Senior Accountant Role.
