Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Steel Force Building Materials Trading. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing exceptional support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's General Ledger, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, debtors, and creditors.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including MIS reports and inventory reports.
  • Provide exceptional support to the management team, including data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and clients to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three to five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of VAT and corporate tax laws.
  • Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
