About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive success for high-performing sellers in the KSA Marketplace. As part of our Key Account Management team, you will accelerate sales growth, expand selection on the platform, and improve retention among existing Seller bases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze issues affecting Seller business performance to highlight opportunities for increasing sales.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on territory trends, diagnose root causes of performance, and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
  • Define the territory, opportunities, and goals within the portfolio of accounts.
  • Identify key business opportunities for the territory and manage toward a growth plan.
  • Implement account management best practices.

A typical day involves interacting with Key Sellers, sourcing new selection from potential sellers, staying focused on stocks for key ASINs, sourcing Deals from sellers to delight customers, and maintaining sharp prices on the platform.
