Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical professional to join our team as a CRD Application Support Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for the Charles River Derivatives (CRD) application.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Support: Provide daily operational support for the Charles River Derivatives (CRD) application, ensuring system stability and performance.
  2. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to derivatives workflows within CRD.
  3. System Monitoring: Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to proactively identify and address potential issues.
  4. User Support: Work closely with end-users, including portfolio managers, traders, compliance officers, and IT teams, to resolve issues and improve system functionality.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably within the financial services industry.
  3. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with the CRD platform, strong understanding of trade order management, portfolio management, compliance, and derivatives trading workflows.
