Job Description:

The Sales and Partnership Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and achieve client objectives.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
    • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve client goals and maximize revenue.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
