Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Dev Manager to lead our engineering team in Mexico City. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building and managing a high-performing team of engineers, delivering on our programs, and ensuring that our team culture is effectively implemented and embraced in this new location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse organization through other leaders, including Software Development Managers (SDMs), Technical Program Managers (TPMs), and senior engineers.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing organization through effective hiring, retention, performance management, mentoring, and skills development.
  • Evaluate complex business and technical requirements, communicating inherent risks and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
