About the Role

FikrahVC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies, and the ability to drive results through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Create and manage digital marketing plans, including budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Campaign Management

  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content and ad creatives.
  • Manage and optimize advertising spend to ensure cost-effective and high-performing campaigns.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, including content creators, SEO specialists, PPC analysts, and social media managers.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.

Client Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Address client concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media insights).
  • Track and report on key metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new strategies and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive innovation.
  • Attend industry events and webinars to network and gain insights into emerging trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of managing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
