Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Brand Development Manager to lead and manage all marketing strategies and initiatives of the Eastern Health Cluster (EHC) to drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and market growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the EHC's mission, vision, and strategic goals, including conducting market research and managing the marketing budget.
  2. Oversee the development and maintenance of the EHC's brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  3. Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns, utilizing data analytics to measure effectiveness.
  4. Develop marketing campaigns to enhance patient engagement and improve the patient experience by working closely with healthcare providers.
  5. Plan and execute community outreach programs to build relationships with local communities and healthcare stakeholders, promoting the EHC's services through events.
  6. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and regularly report on performance to senior leadership.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. PhD in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, with six (6) years' experience in related field, including two (2) years in leadership role.
  2. Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, with eight (8) years' experience in related field, including four (4) years in leadership role.
  3. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, with ten (10) years' experience in related field, including six (6) years in leadership role.

Competencies

  1. Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing planning and execution, with strong leadership and team management skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in marketing analytics and digital marketing tools, and knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record in implementing marketing campaigns and community outreach programs to enhance patient engagement and improve the patient experience.
