Overview:

Qiddiya Investment Company is developing hotels as part of its Qiddiya City project. We are seeking a Senior Director – Asset Management to lead our hospitality portfolio team in overseeing multiple hotels and ensuring the smooth opening and optimization of their performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement an asset management framework for hospitality assets, including setting and monitoring a hospitality asset management strategy.
  2. Design and implement the asset management team structure and hiring process in accordance with the strategy.
  3. Contribute to and implement operational policies, standards, and KPIs for hospitality assets.
  4. Negotiate and execute hospitality management agreements with hotel operators.
  5. Manage asset handovers, onboarding of hotel operators, and pre-opening activities for all hotel assets.
  6. Develop strategic relationships with hotel operators and service providers.
  7. In conjunction with the Asset Management – Facility Management team, develop a hospitality ESG strategy aligned with Qiddiya City's ESG commitments.
  8. Collaborate with other asset class leads to optimize the Qiddiya customer experience, extract operating initiatives, and synergies.
  9. Monitor and analyze asset and portfolio performance across target KPIs.
  10. Develop strategic responses to performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
