Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Specialist to join our sales team and drive revenue growth for our SaaS digital product. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through social media, industry forums, and networking events.
- Qualification of Leads: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they align with our target customer profile.
- Sales Coordination: Collaborate with sales agents to conduct calls and schedule meetings with qualified leads.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare compelling pitch decks and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Sales Training: Train and prepare sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and effective communication strategies.
- Outbound Sales Strategy: Lead the sales agents in outbound cold and warm calling efforts, as well as physical visits to potential clients.
- Performance Management: Monitor and track sales KPIs, providing regular reports on performance to the senior management team.
- Revenue Achievement: Collaborate with management to develop strategies to meet and exceed the revenue targets set by the board.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales agents.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
