About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities across all Chapman Freeborn products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  3. Proactively identify opportunities to grow the business in KSA and develop new business initiatives.
  4. Work closely with the local broker departments to provide them with relevant information and support.
  5. Liaise with clients to identify their requirements and source suitable aircraft charter solutions.
  6. Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and new business leads to maximize business opportunities.
  7. Record all pertinent customer prospect information and sales activity in the CRM System.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales role.
  2. Knowledge of the global and local Saudi market.
  3. Background in Air Freight/Freight Forwarding/Logistics.
  4. Strong relationship building, account management & customer service skills.
  5. Ability to balance client needs with business objectives.
