Business Development Executive

Chapman Freeborn Airchartering is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Riyadh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across all Chapman Freeborn products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy:
    • Proactively identify opportunities to grow the business in KSA and ensure business objectives are met.
    • Use initiative to identify new potential areas for business development.
    • Keep up to date with competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Liaise with clients to identify requirements and source suitable, competitive aircraft charter solutions.
    • Cold calling prospect clients to help build our successful portfolio of existing clients.
    • Visiting potential, new and existing customers with a view to generate further business.
  3. Correlation with Group Cargo and OBC Sales Director / Senior Managers:
    • Work in correlation with Group Cargo and OBC Sales Director and Senior Management team to ensure both operational and sales activities are aligned and work in harmony with each other.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about the aviation industry and experienced in sales, negotiations, problem-solving, or brokering cargo charter flights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
