Front Desk Spa Attendant

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Spa Attendant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service throughout their spa experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional service to all guests and visitors.
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless operations and maximum guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and follow-up on guest complaints and provide feedback to the Spa Manager.
- Work in liaison with the Spa Manager on monthly GSS results.
- Build relationships with guests and encourage repeat custom.
- Update the spa database on guests' history profiles and preferences.
- Promote the spa and hotel facilities to all guests and visitors.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in English (writing and speaking).
- Female for a (Female SPA).
