Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team at INTECH Process Automation. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, this role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Job SummaryThe Front Desk Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Providing administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Coordinating deliveries and maintaining office supplies to ensure seamless operations.
The successful candidate will:
- Handle basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying with accuracy and efficiency.
- Address visitor and client queries courteously and promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Liaise with security personnel for access control and emergency procedures, upholding high standards.
We are looking for a candidate with a High School diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) and 1-2 years of experience in a related role. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Preferred attributes include a positive and approachable personality, ability to remain calm under pressure, and prior experience in handling customer queries or complaints.
