Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional administrative support to our staff and clients. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for creating a professional image through welcoming and directing guests appropriately.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, and forward them to the relevant personnel
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained, with all necessary stationery and materials available
- Provide accurate information to visitors and clients in person, via phone or email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and maintain inventory stock
- Organize and manage conference room bookings
- Perform other administrative tasks to support various internal departments
