This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Cross-Functional Strategist.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and provide timely issue resolution, with a strong focus on customer success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer growth and retention.
- Leverage technical expertise to lead deployment of software business applications or providing strategic advisory services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in handling end-to-end customer relationships, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Leading deployment of software business applications or providing strategic advisory services and account management services.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and delivering results.
- Strong organization, project management, time management, and communication skills.
