Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Team Lead to join our team at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation. As an Assistant Manager - Guest Services, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining hotel profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Guest Satisfaction

Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a team of Guest Services staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.

Departmental Operations

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Guest Services department, including managing budgets, forecasting, and implementing process improvements.

Guest Relations

Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Communication

Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest services and resolve any issues that may arise.

Problem-Solving

Identify and resolve guest complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, ensuring that all guests receive a positive experience.

Training and Development

Provide training and development opportunities to Guest Services staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Quality Assurance

Monitor and evaluate the quality of guest services, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements

  • Education

A degree in Hospitality or a related field is required.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a Guest Services role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff at all levels.

Knowledge

Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage.

Competencies

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service.

Adaptability

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

Customer Focus

Strong customer focus, with the ability to understand and meet the needs of guests.

Ability to drive results and achieve high levels of guest satisfaction, while maintaining hotel profitability.

Ability to supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Guest Services department.
