We are seeking a Home Appliances Business Development professional to join our team at RecruitMe Plus.

The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies for both Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) and Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) products to achieve national sales targets.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

Strategic Planning and Execution

- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies for SDA and MDA products to achieve national sales targets.

- Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive activities.

Sales Management

- Leading the national sales team, providing direction, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Overseeing the development and execution of sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.

Business Development

- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to expand the market share.

- Collaborating with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional activities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Working closely with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely product availability and distribution.

- Coordinating with the finance team to manage pricing strategies and ensure profitable sales growth.

Performance Monitoring

- Tracking sales performance against targets and providing regular reports to senior management.

- Implementing corrective actions as required to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the home appliances industry.

- Strong understanding of SDA and MDA products and market dynamics.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
