Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified and consistent communication strategy across all channels.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance the organization's presence through effective communication strategies.
  • Create Public Relations Materials: Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, and other public relations materials to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Represent the Company: Represent CARE at high-profile events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and values.
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Manage the company's social media presence, ensuring active engagement and alignment with branding goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in public relations or corporate communications, preferably in the education or services sector.
  • Strong network of media contacts and experience in building stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
