The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, with expertise in category management, product development, and market analysis within the food industry.

The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of strategic category plans, conduct in-depth market analysis, develop pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align category strategies with overall business goals. They will also oversee the launch of new products, identify opportunities for category expansion into new markets and channels, monitor and assess the performance of existing products and categories, and manage and mentor a high-performing team of category managers.
