Business Development Executive

Marketing Position:
This role involves developing and implementing shopper marketing strategies that drive business growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing plans, and executing in-store displays, POS materials, digital activations, and promotions.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop shopper marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with sales, brand marketing, and category management teams to create integrated marketing plans
- Utilize shopper insights, market trends, and data analytics to develop targeted campaigns
- Execute in-store displays, POS materials, digital activations, and promotions
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, developing joint business plans
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of shopper marketing programs, adjusting strategies as needed
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably F&B
- Background in sales is a plus
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration
- Strong numerical ability and proficiency in MS Excel
