Job Description

As a key member of our team at مشاريع الترفيه السعودية, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Director to oversee the overall development and delivery of our assets. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project strategies and business plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of development resources to coordinate the conceptualization, design, delivery, opening, and stabilization of large-scale property developments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Complexes BU, Attractions BU, Development & Delivery Leads, and Business Support Functions, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with budgeting policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including consultants, designers, and government entities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the property industry, with a minimum of 6 years in a Development Management role.
  • Experience in Retail Development is preferred.
  • Experience in the design and delivery of Entertainment offers is highly beneficial.
