About the Job

Afaq Q Tech General Trading (Amazon) is seeking a Retail Marketing Strategist to join our GCC Retail division. This role will focus on developing and executing category creative direction, style guidelines, and overall CX strategy.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written English skills and a strong attention to detail. They will also have a deep understanding of all traffic-driving mechanisms, including email, search, browse, SEO, and analytics tools.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive merchandising plan that drives customer demand and optimizes inventory levels.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  3. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  4. Collaborate with the vendor management team to source high-quality content inputs for cross-channel campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in online marketing and/or site merchandising.
  • Strong understanding of traffic-driving mechanisms, including email, search, browse, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written English skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
