Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition and Development Manager will lead the design and execution of all people strategies across our organization. This includes overseeing human resources, Saudization, talent acquisition, learning & development, employee relations, HR systems, and organizational design.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a Group-wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives, Vision 2030, and operational requirements of factories and distribution centres.
  2. Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and business heads on people matters.
  3. Build an HR function that is agile, business-focused, data-driven, and capable of supporting current and future growth.
Key Areas of Focus:
  1. Talent Development: Develop and lead talent acquisition strategies for all levels, including critical technical and managerial roles.
  2. Learning and Development: Design and implement a Group Learning Framework, including technical training, soft skills, functional academies, and e-learning programs.
  3. Culture Enhancement: Facilitate leadership development programs and internal talent mobility to strengthen succession readiness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering; MBA or Master's in HR/OD preferred.
  • Professional certification (CIPD, SHRM, SPHR) is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or multi-entity organizations.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi labour law, Saudization policies, and HR best practices.
  • Proven track record in organization development, cultural transformation, and people systems implementation.
