Job Overview

The First Group is a leading hospitality company in the region, seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development:
  1. Create effective sales strategies to maximize profitability and increase market share.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research and Analysis:
  1. Analyze customer preferences and behavior to inform sales strategies.
  2. Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Sales Target Achievement:
  1. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  2. Develop action plans to address sales challenges and achieve goals.
Event Coordination Support:
  1. Collaborate with the events team to deliver seamless client experiences.
  2. Ensure all client requirements for events are met.
Reporting and Documentation:
  1. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to management.
  2. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and contracts.
Team Collaboration:
  1. Work closely with other departments to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
  2. Provide guidance and support to junior team members when necessary.
Promoting Hotel Services:
  1. Actively promote the hotel's services, packages, and facilities to potential clients.
  2. Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
  1. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.
  2. Ensure all agreements align with the hotel's policies and standards.
Customer Feedback and Improvements:
  1. Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services and offerings.
  2. Propose enhancements to meet evolving customer needs.
