Job Title: Cost Control Manager

Company: Premium Food Company Ltd.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Control Manager to join our team at Premium Food Company Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing financial expenditures within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Analyze costs, identify potential overruns, and implement strategies to control expenses, contributing to effective financial management.
  • Cost Control: Effectively control Food and beverage Costs, including wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
  • Variance Analysis: Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicate with relevant parties.
  • Inventory Management: Update and maintain receipts in the systems (FMC), check and verify voids in the POS systems, and check and verify all staff meals and staff discounts.
  • Cost Reporting: Check the cost of sales in all outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget, prepare the daily and monthly cost report department about the cost of sales, and participate in stock-taking at the restaurants.
  • Quality Control: Spot-check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct and goods are checked for quality, and check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head.
  • Menu Management: Check and ensure all menu items have a recipe, update selling prices in POS as per the instruction from authorized persons, and maintain the security of the information held by the department.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to sort out issues about F&B, and work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Good analytics and reporting skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Accounting Systems, POS Systems, and cost and inventory systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment, have a high-level attention to detail, and ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
